On Monday, October 12, 2020, at about 10:20 PM, officers with the Billings Police Department were dispatched to the 2200 block of Avenue C for suspicious activity. The caller stated that three individuals arrived in two different cars and were acting suspiciously in the complex covered-parking area in the alley.
