Dear Editor,
This is a shout out to a valued community member, Katherine Jore of Huntley. Snow, sleet, rain or shine, Katherine was adorned in a florescent safety vest keeping our students safe. She was assisting students while crossing a busy road, in early morning traffic to their bus stop. She always remained with the students until they had all safely loaded the bus. Her dedicated presence in Huntley had been all voluntary and created awareness to motorists. Thank you, Katherine, for your service during the last school year.
