The County Water District in Billings Heights will hold a public hearing to present the district’s Systemwide Preliminary Engineering Report and Environmental Review on Wednesday, November 20, at 5 pm. Engineers and board members will be available to take public comment and answer questions.
The district board will consider adopting the report during their regular monthly meeting which follows the public hearing. That meeting begins at 6 p.m.
