A shooting involving “multiple suspects” against one victim was reported to Billings Police Department (BPD) near 12st St. West and Broadwater Ave. in Billings on August 5, 2022.
According to Sgt. Mansur, numerous individuals approached the victim and confronted him for an unknown reason. One suspect fired a single shot which struck the victim, and all fled the scene.
The victim was taken to a local hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
As of press time, BPD declined to comment on the matter and stated the case was sent to a different division.
The investigation continues.
