The only difference between Madoff and Trump is one played people and the other played banks. A version of the check kiting scheme. Borrow money from one bank to pay the other and forget to pay for construction and or contractors.
I will be honest I never was a Trump fan. After I read his and Robert K’s book about wanting everyone to be rich, I was less impressed. Of course, Robert took the fall for that university catastrophe.
You are right a third party does divide up the votes so the wrong person will win. Then, again, there are enough people fed up with both parties an independent might have a chance.
As for inflation where have you been? That ten-cent candy bar I bought in high school is now a dollar ninety -eight and three ounces lighter. The Romans cut their gold and silver coins with other metals to save costs; we in the USA have done the same. We have devalued the dollar beyond its limits in the last thirty or forty years. Every wage increase, every insurance claim, every natural disaster where the materials and costs can go up for the profit of a few, inflation.
As for frivolous lawsuits, I get mailings from the ACLU, there are some frivolous lawsuits. If any business and people would have a few morals or ethics, respect and responsibility, we wouldn’t need the ACLU.
As for Montana being a red state is like calling the USA a Christian country; there may be some people without representation out there. Those opposed to SB 442 show their true color: rural Montana can go without.
So, just what are Montana values? Is it like the ad on the radio about men putting their love life on hold, not knowing the difference between love and sex? One is personal pleasure between two people in a committed relationship, the other is caring compassion, respect, responsibility and understanding of all. Sexual pleasure outside a committed relationship is called adultery.
A couple of Donald Trump comments or threats sounded more like Putin campaign tactics. Then, again, all the things Biden has been blamed for or any president for the last twenty years, we don’t elect a president, we elect a dictator.
Why would anyone want to vote for a vindictive womanizer, white supremist, who seems more like a Muslim with no regard for any law but his own. Make America Greedy Atheists.
