Earlene Drake
Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, & above all, Sister passed away quietly on May 11, 2020 at the Billings Clinic Hospital. Earlene was born in Sheridan, WY on April 9, 1932 to Therone and Dorothy Bartlett. She graduated from Billings Senior High on May 31, 1950. Earlene served as the County Welfare Director of Custer, Powder River and Garfield counties from 1977 to 1982. She was a devout Evangelical Christian who was extremely well read on the subject. Earlene will be deeply missed.
Earlene was preceded in death by a son, Michael Hotchkiss, daughter Kelly Garcia and multiple family members. Survived by one sister Cynthia Bartlett of Ballantine, and two daughters Kathleen (David) Reilly of Portland, OR and Shannon Ammon of Browntown, WI; 6 Grandchildren; Matthew Perkins, Sean and Kyle Reilly, Chase (Miranda) & Megan Pollansky, and Zachary Ammon; Beloved nieces and 1 nephew; Jodee Sindelar, Joelene (Philip) Botch, Jewelet (Scott) Schmidt, Robin Sindelar and countless great nieces and nephews.
