Mark your calendar for 11 October 2018….
Federal Judge Emmet G. Sullivan will be ruling on whether to compel Hillary Clinton testimony on her use of an illegal private email server. It’s the result of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch way back in 2016. JW is a bipartisan organization that believes in open honest government.
Judge Sullivan will also rule on motions to compel testimony from the former State Department Director of Information of the Executive Secretary, one John Betel. He previously pleaded the Fifth Amendment and refused to answer 87 questions at his deposition.
Hillary had also refused to answer questions about her use of an illegal private server. The FBI, with a nod from the DOJ, did a sham investigation overseen by the disgraced and fired Director James Comey and ultimately let Hillary, Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills and numerous others unaccountable for endangering national security.
On other topics, I enjoyed Miracle Browning’s letter on letting Carl to continue his digging. Also the letter from the teacher recommending Jennifer Merecki, who is running for the State Senate. It brought memories of when Ms. Merecki was penning editorials for this paper. Here is a quote from one… “The adaptations of sociopolitical constructs around the notion of social contracts come out from under the burden of rationalizing or defending unappealing agendas and unkept promises.”
Now, if this is who you want writing state laws up in Helena, Lord help us! Again, mark that calendar for 11 October to see if there is still one honest, courageous Federal Judge to hold Hillary and her gang accountable.
