Then again in 2014, Don & Marilyn transitioned to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Floberg Real Estate. The company is one of the oldest and most successful continuous real estate firms in the region. Don and Marilyn’s 60+ years of dedication built an office known for excellence, professionalism, quality work ethic, and satisfaction.
Following a thoughtful process, as of January 1, 2021, Marilyn, along with the support of owner’s Robin and Tom Hanel, Linda Parker and Mike Oliver, sold Birkshire Hathaway HomeServices Floberg Real Estate to local entrepreneurs, Charles D. and Beth A. Smith. The Smiths are presently both local agents with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Floberg Real Estate. They bring a renewed commitment to the proven excellence along with vast business experience, and revitalized energy as new owners. Together, Marilyn Floberg, Tom and Robin Hanel, Mike Oliver and Linda Parker have expressed their gratitude to Billings community and region for many decades of trust and loyalty.
