The first of many “Biden” blessings has arrived. Gentleman Joe cancelled “fraccing” his first day in the saddle, limiting future domestic oil production, raising the price of crude oil — “Voila”, the price of gasoline in Billings is up 20 cents a gallon. Thanks, Joe.
