How many schools across the country are ready to handle the Biden administration’s rewrite of Title IX changes?

Dear Editor,

The school year is fast approaching. How many schools across the country are ready to handle the Biden administration’s rewrite of Title IX changes? Are children going to have their First Amendment rights trampled on by being federally mandated to use preferred pronouns? How many more girls are going to be forced to share bathrooms, locker rooms, sports, and field trip hotel rooms with confused boys?

There is a lot of confusion on the litigation against this blatantly unconstitutional and unlawful rewrite of regulations. MT Attorney General Knudsen joined a lawsuit against this rewrite earlier this year with several other states, and due to this a federal judge has issued a temporary injuction, preventing the rule from taking effect in MT.

I’m definitely not a lawyer and won’t even pretend to understand all that is going on with the multiple lawsuits, but I will say it’s my understanding that you can currently put another layer of protection upon your child’s school to stop this atrocity from being implemented there, should you choose to become a member of Moms for Liberty. You do not have to join a local chapter—you can simply go to momsforliberty.org, click on “Join the Fight”, and become a national member for free.

In a separate lawsuit, Moms for Liberty members sued the DOE this summer over the rewrite of Title IX regulations, which led to a federal court issuing a preliminary injunction prohibiting the DOE from enforcing these changes at schools attended by the children of members of Moms for Liberty. The district court found the rewrite violates Moms for Liberty members’ children’s First Amendment rights because it’s so vague and overbroad that no one knows how to comply with it. The legal fight is not over, but you can help hold the federal government’s strange and twisted obsession with promoting gender ideology upon children at bay for the time being at your local school.

For more information on this including the legal filings, check out the website, choose resources, for parents, and then all the current updates regarding Title IX and the lawsuit will be found there. The preliminary injunction applies to both current and future members of Moms for Liberty and the list of schools protected can continuously be updated as needed. If you become a member, you likely will need to educate your school directly about the lawsuit instead of waiting for the DOE to notify them. You can show your school board your membership confirmation email as proof if they question you.

If only the federal government were more concerned about promoting academic success for students instead of distracting us to outrage with evil agendas that will promote irreparable harm to young people…
