Earlene Drake
Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, & above all, Sister passed away quietly on May 11, 2020 at the Billings Clinic Hospital. Earlene was born in Sheridan, WY on April 9, 1932 to Therone and Dorothy Bartlett. She graduated from Billings Senior High on May 31, 1950. Earlene served as the County Welfare Director of Custer, Powder River and Garfield counties from 1977 to 1982. read more
