HUNTLEY – An adult male body was found trapped in the Yellowstone River near the Huntley Bridge Wednesday morning by some locals who were recreating on the banks. “We are recovering the body from the river,” stated Corporal Adam Lauwers, the incident command. The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation’s, Worden Fire Department, Yellowstone County Sheriff’s Department, and the Montana Department of Transportation quickly arrived to the scene and began the process of recovering the body from the water via personnel in waders and by boat.

Over 45 years ago when I was involved in my medical education, I took a course in microbiology. I remember the professor mentioning that there was some evidence that bacteria could combine with certain viruses. Just a couple of years later I began wearing a surgical mask when performing surgery. Of course, this mask was designed to reduce the number of bacteria that came from me to the patient and vice versa. read more
