Dear Editor,
It was reported in last week’s Yellowstone County News of the debate whether or not the Heights Water Board could proceed conducting a meeting, having only three members of the Board present. The three concluded they did in fact represent a Quorum.
My compliments to the Board for their commitment to proceed, ie: “The Circus (show) must go on!!”
