Mary Cossitt, 89 of Shepherd passed away May 16, 2021. A celebration of life will be held at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Shepherd on May 23rd at 1:00 PM. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Charles (Brick) Cossitt. She is survived by her four children, eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Mary was a woman of many talents, great strength, and generosity for family and community.
She was blessed to spend her last days on her beloved ranch after cancer treatment. It gave her joy to watch Jerry and family continuing Brick’s legacy. In lieu of flowers a scholarship fund for Shepherd high school students wishing to pursue music related professions will be created in her honor.
