I am on the Board for the Montana Cattlemen’s Association, and wanted to bring this up to remind people this issue is not dead and we hope it is not moving forward yet.
There have been many people on the east side of the divide who think the CSKT Water Compact does not affect them, but we hope to show that this Bill does affect them, even non-irrigators, non-landowners, or livestock producers. This bill has significant non-ag effects.
