Dear Editor:
I have been a subscriber for nearly two years so I don’t know if poor Carl has always been so temperamental. In my view and several of my golfing buddies, he certainly has a severe case of TDS…. He says he has been accused of being a Democrat…. and he “absolutely” denies it. Coulda fooled me (and my golfing buddies). He says he has “not taken sides”…. fooled me again. In past columns he has called President Trump names, has criticized his fellow columnists and repeatedly claimed Trump is “not my president.”
What I would like to know…. was he as upset and crying foul when Obama was lying about keeping our doctor and insurance rates dropping by $2,500? Did he rant about Obama and Michelle using the race card at every opportunity…. did he rant about Obama constantly condemning our police…. did he condemn Obama and Hillary for doing nothing when Americans were murdered in Benghazi? Did he ever shout about the many other Clinton and Obama scandals…. and there are oodles of them.
President Trump articles by the media are 91% negative (and he’s part of that negativity) and 86% of political donations by that same media went to Democrats/progressives/ socialists. I don’t agree with some things Trump has said or done, but a lot of positive things have happened since Inauguration Day. But you sure couldn’t tell it by reading Carl…. Maybe that’s why he’s being accused of being a Democrat…. ya suppose? Carl…..would you rather have that slimy Hillary and Bill running the country?
